Promotional Items & Custom Catalog
In need of promotional items for an upcoming event? Have you read through our new Promotional Guidelines before requesting such items?
As we enter a more cost-conscious new year, your support will help make our marketing efforts more efficient, targeted and effective when dealing with promotional items. With upcoming events it’s also a perfect time for our DCMH team to analyze the process and consider new ways of reaching our constantly changing markets. Overall we have implemented a new plan for ordering promotional items for Hospital-wide events which include:
- February - Day of Dance (Feb. 23)
- June - DCMH Healthy Fair (June 26 from 11am - 1pm)
- October - Westport Health & Business Expo (Oct. 19 from 10am - 1pm)
As part of this approach we will ask you to please review and consider the following guidelines
Marketing has agreed to provide an average of up to $250 per event, (for the above three large events) to support your effective promotion. This is only for those that provide significant business opportunities and effective distribution of the proposed items. (Please keep in mind that all departments should be including these items in their individual budgets moving forward).
If you have any requests for items, Lynzee McDowell, Marketing & Communications Coordinator, would be happy to show you the DCMH Custom Promotional Catalog that features DCMH approved promo items, ready-to-order!
Simply submit a Marketing Request Form and Lynzee will work with you on the process. Please note that Marketing will need at least 2 weeks for all promo items to be ordered and delivered.

DCMH Personal Order Catalog
Love DCMH so much that you're interested in ordering your own personalized items or apparel?
After receiving several requests for individual DCMH logo'd apparel and promotional items, Marketing has created a PERSONAL order catalog
just for you!
That catalog features items such as: DCMH coolers, folding chairs, iPad covers and more, along with logo'd apparel, including; polos, sweaters, dress shirts, jackets, coats, active wear and hats.
There is no minimum order
for any item listed in the catalog, allowing DCMH staff members to order personal items for themselves or as gifts for fellow co-workers or their boss. The items have all been approved by DCMH and come adorned with the hospital logo and web address, and are individually packaged for your convenience.

If you are interested in obtaining marketing materials, (posters, flyers, banners, brochures, promotional items, etc...) for your department or an upcoming health class, please fill out the E-MRF (Electronic Marketing Request Form) below. Please allow 2 weeks in advance of the date needed for approval and production. Otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to other pending jobs and events. You will receive a follow-up email from the Marketing staff upon submitting your request.
