Our Facilities

Main Campus

The main campus of Decatur County Memorial Hospital is located at 720 N Lincoln Street, Greensburg, IN The original facility was built in 1922 with multiple improvements and expansions over the years. The most recent project was completed in 2005, including a Women's Center, Conference Center, new ER, Admitting and registration and outpatient clinic.

Decatur County EMS

In addition to the main hospital facility the campus includes Decatur County EMS. This facility in the NE Corner of our campus houses the county ambulance service.

Medical Arts Plaza Lab and x-ray

To supplement the services on our main campus DCMH offers satellite lab and x-ray services at the Medical Arts Plaza at 955 N. Michigan Ave, in Greensburg.

Primary Care

DCMH's Primary Care is located at the rear of the main hospital campus and houses family physicians, nurse practitioners and an OB/GYN.

Tree City Medical Partners

Tree City Medical Partners, located in the Medical Arts Plaza at 955 N Michigan Ave. is a division of Decatur County Memorial Hospital. The practice can meet your needs for a family physician, nurse practitioner, physician's assistant or convenience care clinic. For more information contact TCMP at (812) 663-7277.

Westport Clinic

DCMH's Primary Care offers services to the Westport Community and its surrounding areas through the Westport Clinic. The clinic is located 308 E Mulberry in Westport and may be reached by phone at (812) 591-3452.

Women's Care

DCMH's Women's Care is located in the Medical Arts Plaza at 955 N Michigan Ave, Suite 96.Women's Care is a new practice servicing the obstetrics and gynecological health needs of women in Decatur County and surrounding areas.
