Radiologic Procedure Information
Need a mammogram, but can't afford one?
Decatur County Memorial Hospital is a recipient of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Grant.
Under this grant, DCMH can provide women or men with clinical breast exams, screening mammograms, and additional radiological procedures (if needed) at no cost to the recipient. You must meet certain financial guidelines to qualify.
To find out if you qualify, call (812) 663-1163. In order to retain eligibility for a free mammogram, participants must show up for their scheduled screening or cancel at least one week in advance.

PET/CT Scan services are offered semi-monthly through a mobile service. X-Ray services are also offered at the Medical Arts Plaza facility at 955 N. Michigan Avenue.
