Flu Vaccine Details
Decatur County Memorial Hospital offers flu vaccine clinics throughout the local area and is recommended to print and complete the consent form below to speed the process. Vaccines are free of charge by virtue of major support from the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County. The chart below lists the dates and times of the scheduled clinics:
Children ages 9 and up are permitted to get the flu shot at any of our flu clinics. If you have children 8 and under please contact our Immunization Clinic at 812-222-0422 or the Decatur County Board of Health to receive the vaccine.

With assistance from the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County, DCMH provided nearly 3,000 flu vaccines to the community in the Fall of 2012 to help minimize the impact to the community.
We are pleased to have had the assistance of the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County and Decatur County REMC for their support in this year's flu vaccines provided to our community.
Our flu clinics are now finished for the 2013 season.
