For many years at Decatur County Memorial Hospital our tagline has been "The "Quality Care You Want. Close By!" It speaks to the comments we often hear about the gratitude for quality care and the fact that we are conveniently located. It's more than just a motto, it is a way of life in our facility and we are continually working to make quality improvements. In short, we work hard to make the best....better.
We find that comparing numbers can be confusing and irrelevant when presented in certain formats and context. The results can vary greatly according to the size of facility and the number of procedures performed.
As a result, we've chosen to provide the basic information in the simplest possible format to make it easier for you, the consumer to make an informed decision.
