Decatur County Memorial Hospital announces the addition of board-certified Marie Menchhofer, FNP-C, to the Family Medicine team at Tree City Medical Partners, where she will offer primary care to patients of all ages. Marie received her education through Northern Kentucky University, obtaining a Master of Science in nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner License. She also attended Indiana University East, earning her Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing and her Registered Nurse License.
With experience in pediatric care, she can provide healthcare for the entire family. Marie has dedicated the past 22 years to healthcare and providing improved access opportunities to rural communities to receive quality healthcare. Marie is committed to providing top-of-the-line, individualized healthcare to all patients.
“I served as the corporation school nurse and health coordinator in a rural community located in Versailles, Indiana,” said Menchhofer, “That opportunity provided me with experience in pediatrics, adolescents, and adult health along with experience in public health, and health education. During my time there, I witnessed the healthcare gaps and barriers our rural community members face. I’m looking forward to starting my practice where I can again serve those patients and meet new community members.”
