DESCRIPTION:Weight Loss Program Customized to Meet Your GoalsWeigh Beyond is a program designed to promote healthy behavior changes that encourage weight loss and a healthy lifestyle through one-on-one coaching and structured exercise plans. \n\n\n\n\n\nPrice: $125 for 10 weeks which includes: \n\nBody composition analysis (pre and post program)\nAccess to the Decatur County YMCA\, three times a week (during the program)\nFood and fitness journal\nProgram workbook\nRegular one-on-one coaching with a registered dietitian (RD)\n5 group classes focusing on various topics such as: healthy lifestyle changes\, setting realistic goals\, building a balanced plate\, physical activity guidelines\, mindful eating\, emotional eating\, heart healthy basics\, portion control\, menu planning\, eating out\, and more!\nWeekly weigh-in\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis 10 week program is held Wednesday evenings from 5-6 pm at the YMCA HealthConnect building in Greensburg\, IN.
