2025 Community Health Needs Focus Group

Our community is invited to join DCMH for the 2025 Community Health Needs Focus Group on Tuesday, April 8 from 5:15 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
DCMH is identifying needs to address the health priorities of our community and needs your help. Your insights are invaluable in shaping effective health and wellness initiatives.
Purpose of the Meeting: To gather firsthand information on the community’s health needs, ensuring our programs and services align with those needs.
Participant Criteria: We seek individuals who are:
- Actively engaged in community activities
- Striving to become engaged in community activities
- Recognized as community leaders or advocates
- Connected with diverse groups within the community
- Passionate about enhancing community health and wellness
DCMH will provide a light meal and refreshments for meeting attendees.
Participation in this event requires submitting an application.
