SUMMARY:Future First Responder Summer Camp
DESCRIPTION:Current 9th-12th graders at Decatur County or Greensburg Schools with an interest in EMS\, Fire\, or Law Enforcement are encouraged to take part in this three-day program! \nProgram Details:\n\n\n\nHands-on\, physically active experience for students interested in public safety careers\nCamp offered through collaboration between: Decatur County Memorial Hospital\, Decatur County EMS\, Decatur County Sheriff’s Department\, City of Greensburg Police Department\, City of Greensburg Fire Department\nParticipants will experience EMS\, Fire\, and Law Enforcement training through interactive sessions and skill-based learning\nThis is a very physically intensive program\nParticipants will be outdoors and may get dirty or wet. Dress appropriately for activities.\nParticipation is required for all three days\n\nDays 1 & 2: EMS\, Fire\, and Police Skill Development\nDay 3: Field Day\n\nTeam-based event combining skills learned to test abilities in real-world scenarios\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Details:\n\n\n\nRegistration is on a first come\, first served basis and will be confirmed via email\nRegister by May 15\, 2026 to receive a t-shirt\nLimited Spaces Available!\nLate registrations accepted\, but t-shirt is not guaranteed\n\n\n\nAdditional Details:\n\n\n\nYou must bring water each day\nLunch is provided daily\nPhones collected during activities to prevent damage and ensure safety\n\nPhones are returned during breaks and lunch only\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow to Register: \n\n\n\n\n\nThere is a $15 registration fee\, cash\, card or check payable to DCMH\n\nCredit Card payments may be made by calling 812-663-4331\n\n\nAccess Registration forms here or click the Registrations Forms button\nRegistration Forms and Payment must be dropped of at:\n\nDecatur County Memorial Hospital | 720 N.
