Two sessions will be offered\, you only need to attend one as they are the same class curriculum offered at different times to accommodate as many community members as possible. \nEnjoy healthy food samples\, provided by the DCMH Dietary Team\, as DCMH Registered Dietitians Melissa Yake and Whitney Dunagan present a live demonstration showing how to build meals & snacks to aid in blood glucose management\, sharing sources of carbohydrates\, and discussing no-calorie sweeteners and their use in a variety of cooking methods.  \nMelissa and Whitney will also share the benefits of meal prepping and provide nutrition education throughout their presentation. \nEvent Details: \n\nRSVPs are Required\nEvent is open to the public\nSpaces are limited\nLeave a message to confirm your interest at 812-663-1341.
