Save When You Come to Good Shepherd Student Athletes Physicals Night!

Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites all Good Shepherd student athletes to attend a Sports Physical event!

Physicians and nurse practitioners Dr. Mungcal, Dr. Steffen, Laura Greiwe, FNP-C, and Marie Menchhofer, FNP-C are providing sports physicals to all Good Shepherd student athletes on July 18.

Event Details:

• Sports Physicals are $20 and can be paid for via cash or check (regular Sports Physicals are $30)
• All proceeds from the event support Good Shepherd
• Make check payable to: Shepherd’s Fund
• No appointment required
• Spaces are limited
