Save When You Come to a Student Athlete Sports Physicals Night!

Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites all Decatur County student athletes to attend a Sports Physicals event! Students can attend on either Wednesday, May 6, 2026, or Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 4 – 6 p.m.

Event Details:

• DCMH Family Medicine Providers are offering sports physicals to all Decatur County student athletes
• Sports Physicals are $20 and can be paid for via cash or check — see below for payment details per school (regular Sports Physicals are $30 and require an appointment)
• All proceeds from the event support your school’s athletic program!
• Sports Physicals events offered at Tree City Medical Partners
• No appointment – walk-ins only

How to Support Your School’s Athletic Program:

Good Shepherd Students | Pay $20 in cash at the event or make a check payable to: Shepherd’s Fund

Greensburg Schools Students | Pay $20 in cash at the event or make a check payable to: Greensburg Athletics

North Decatur Students | Pay $20 in cash at the event or make a check payable to: North Decatur Athletic Department

South Decatur Students | Pay $20 in cash at the event or make a check payable to: South Decatur Athletics

St. Mary’s School Students | Pay $20 in cash at the event or make a check payable to: St. Mary’s School Athletics Department
