Ruth Cash has been named the July 2026 Rehabilitation Services Patient of the Month. Ruth was nominated by her Occupational Therapist, Ladine Lipinski.
Ruth had a fall at home which resulted in a wrist fracture. She chose DCMH Rehabilitation Services for her therapy to help her rebuild strength. She is a very active person in the community and around her home, so it was very important to her to get back to her regular activities. Ruth came into therapy with a positive attitude and friendly, collaborative energy.
She worked hard, putting the effort into her rehabilitation program to help her achieve her goals and get back to activities around her home such as mowing and gardening, and hobbies, including camping and hiking.
