Important Information:
To attend Total Joint Day, you must:
- Register in advance
- Receive confirmation of your event registration and schedule your X-ray
- Complete your free X-ray before the event
Space is limited, and registration is required. When registration opens, please complete the form below to request a spot in the program. We’ll review your submission and follow up with next steps, including X-ray scheduling and event confirmation.
What Happens Next?
After submitting your registration request:
- If your preferred session is available, you will receive a confirmation call and/or email within 3–4 business days
- If your preferred session is full, Registration will contact you regarding alternative availability
- You are not officially registered until you receive a confirmation call or email
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 3–4 business days, please call Registration at 812-663-1279
- Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day
